Terms of Service for Parials Digital Marketing Services

Welcome to Parials Digital Marketing ("Parials", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, websites, client dashboards, CRM platform, and all related tools and resources (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Use of Services


You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Amazon Design Services
  • Social Media Management
  • Web Design
  • CRM platform access and account setup
  • Monthly point-based service subscriptions and custom client work

You agree not to misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the proper functioning of any part of our Services.


2. Accounts and Access


To access many of our Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate contact, business, and billing information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.


3. Payments and Subscriptions


Parials offers services through:

  • Monthly or annual point-based subscriptions
  • Ongoing subscriptions for CRM platform access

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Unused points may roll over as permitted in your service agreement.


4. Text Messaging & Communication


By using our Services, including the CRM platform, you may receive communications via email or text message (SMS/MMS) for service updates, billing reminders, scheduling, or marketing purposes.

  • You consent to receive text messages at the number provided during onboarding or through your client account.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out of promotional texts at any time by replying “STOP.”
  • For help, reply “HELP” or contact us directly at [email protected].

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is up to date and accurate.


5. Intellectual Property


All original materials created by Parials as part of our Services remain the property of Parials until payment is made in full. Upon full payment, final deliverables become the property of the client for use in accordance with the agreed project scope.

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of work not created specifically for you.


6. Content Submission


You are responsible for ensuring that any content, files, or creative direction you submit:

  • Do not infringe on third-party rights
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Are not misleading, harmful, or offensive

We reserve the right to decline or revise work that violates these guidelines.


7. Service Availability & Modifications


We aim for consistent service availability but are not liable for delays, outages, or downtime. Parials reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.


8. Termination


You may cancel your CRM subscription or point plan at any time. Parials reserves the right to terminate service for nonpayment, policy violations, or misuse of our platform.


9. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parials shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to any client is limited to the amount paid for Services in the 30 days preceding the issue.


10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Kitsap County, Washington.
